Q. Can I talk directly to the dispatched engineer before employment?: A.In accordance with the Labor Dispatch Law, it’s not allowed for companies to conduct selection processes (e.g., interviews or reviewing resumes) for dispatched engineers. However, you can discuss job details and necessary skills beforehand during workplace confirmation.

Q. Is there support after the dispatch begins?: A. Yes, after dispatch, our representative will regularly check in with both your company and the dispatched engineer to ensure smooth operations. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us anytime.

Q. Is it possible to hire a dispatched engineer as a permanent employee?: A.Yes, it’s possible. If you wish to hire the engineer as a full-time employee, a mutual agreement between the company, the engineer, and TakeSen will end the dispatch contract and sign a new recruitment-based contract. After a 3-year dispatch period, direct employment can occur without any introduction fees.
