Takesen has entered into a business partnership with the Nepalese recruitment agency “Fujisan Global Affairs” to launch a new staffing service specializing in IT and AI engineers.
As part of the first phase, three Nepalese engineers are currently in the process of obtaining their visas and are scheduled to begin working in the Kanto region.

This initiative introduces a full-time employment model with a three-year commitment, along with a no-cost transfer system designed to reduce the burden on client companies and ensure a stable environment for both employers and engineers.

Takesen plans to expand this service nationwide by offering placements for both new graduates and experienced professionals.
With a goal of deploying 100 engineers over the next three years, the company also aims to broaden its scope to include talent from neighboring countries such as India and the Philippines, contributing to global workforce development.
